South Africa plans to throw the biggest party ever to celebrate the greatest football show on earth at Soweto’s Orlando Stadium, the largest in Africa’s history. The day before the opening ceremony 10th June 2010, a massive crowd of 30,000 will gather to watch International stars, the likes of Alicia Keys, Black Eyed Peas, John Legend and Shakira to name but a few, but it will cost the equviliant from £40.

The 3 hour concert has also got a great African line up that includes Benin’s Angélique Kidjo, Mali’s Amadou and Mariam, Canadian-Somalian rapper K’Naan and Touareg desert blues band Tinariwen.
