Spurs and Sunderland Swap Keepers and Cash
Tottenham and Sunderland agreed to sell each other their reserve goalkeepers. Marton Fulop who has been on loan at the North East club since December was signed permanently from Tottenham for a fee of £500k. Meanwhile Spurs have secured the services of England U21 Ben Alnwick for a fee starting at £900k which could rise to £1.3M dependant on appearances.
The 20 year old will play understudy to Paul Robinson a player he could learn a lot from both on and off the field. Especially since Alnwick has been making more headlines recently for his extra curricular activities than his footballing ability. Spurs fans will hope that he puts all his energies in to his football.

I don’t care in the slightest if Ben Alnwick makes all the videos he wants, so long as he does his best for Spurs.
But as for taking tips from Robbo off the pitch… didn’t he tell his wife he’d been having an affair about a week after they got married?
Ditto, don’t care from a Spurs point of view & feel for his wife and him, must have been a bad time and hope all 100% now.
But if we’re going to talkabout private lives, be fair… IF – I’d rather we let the lads get on with whatever they want and talk to us fans on the pitch.
