Fulham and West Ham have agreed the transfer for the 29 year old Portuguese international for an undisclosed fee. Boa Morte is Alan Curbishley’s first signing since he took over as manager of West Ham in December.

The front man will give the Hammers more striking options in their crusade for survival in the premiership. He has 54 goals since joining Fulham six years ago from Southampton.
