Arsenal Replace Henry With Former Brazilian Eduardo Da Silva
Dinamo Zagreb have announced that they have agreed to sell their prized striker Eduardo da Silva to Arsenal for the same fee they received last week for club legend Thierry Henry. The Brazil born Croatian international will join his new team mates provided he passes a medical at Ashburton Grove.
Da Silva leaves a club where he recently signed a ten year deal, however he has become a big fish in a very small pond, he has been the leagues top goal scorer for the last two seasons. He has also shone for his adopted country scoring 7 goals in just 12 appearances.
He has big boots to fill if he is to replace Henry especially if he is being bought for a similar fee to that received from Barcelona for Henry.
